Tiffany and Levy had been dating for a little over three years when Levy started planning this absolutely epic proposal. 17 months of planning went into the whole event before what you're about to see in this video. Levy did some seriously incredible things for Tiffany, including buying 18 roundtrip flights for her closest friends and family so that they could share this special day with her!
