This was a social experiment conducted about domestic abuse.  They started by having a male harass and abuse a female.  No one would stand for it, and people intervened every time.  They decided to turn the tables and have a female abuse a male.  No one helped.  Most people ignored the situation, but there were also those that laughed, pointed, and took pictures of what was going on.
