Ten years ago, Kellie Haddock gave birth to her first child. She and her husband, AJ, were absolutely on top of the world. When their son, Eli, was just fourteen weeks old, the family got into a horrific car accident. AJ was killed upon impact, and Eli was severely injured. This video tells Kellie's heart-wrenching story of the tragedy, but then follows her ten years later along an amazingly uplifting journey to thank all of the people that helped save her infant son.

We at SF Globe saw this video and were absolutely stunned by how incredible Kellie is. Her kind spirit and warm personality are contagious, and seeing how her perspective is so overwhelmingly positive after she has witnessed such tragedy is beyond inspiring. Kellie's story really reminded us that it's important beyond measure to take a step back and acknowledge all the things we have in our lives to be thankful for. She is the perfect role model in exhibiting such gratitude for the people who positively impacted her life, even if they are strangers that were simply doing their jobs. It's simply beautiful to see the reactions of the medical professionals as Kellie introduces herself and thanks them for their role in saving Eli. This is the perfect reminder that the every-day heroes in our lives, like Eli's doctors, deserve praise for the immensely hard work they do.

Be sure to grab some tissues before watching Kellie's story. It's definitely a tear-jerker, but we promise that by the end you'll feel uplifted in a wonderfully positive way! This video inspired us to voice our appreciation for the people in our lives, so we encourage you to tell someone today how grateful you are to have them in your life.

What do you think of Kellie's incredible story, were you as inspired as we were? Let us know in the comments below!
