Some people pick up a cup of coffee or a bagel on their way into work. A man in Jalisco, Mexico picked up something a little more substantial during his commute to his job.  He walked by a piece of white cloth discarded on the side of the road, and when he took a peek inside he found something that changed his life forever.

A small baby, no more than a few weeks old, was left discarded, alone, and vulnerable. The man who found him, Raul, did the decent thing and brought the baby to the authorities so he could get proper medical care. Raul's next step totally blew my expectations out of the water.

Raul felt that finding the baby was no simple coincidence. In his mind, finding the abandoned infant child was a gift from god, and Raul has started the process of adopting the little girl. Raul's family has come forward offering unlimited support and help. It's so great that although the beginning of this baby's life was tumultuous, she has gained the support of a loving family.

This little baby's story may have started terribly, but things are looking bright for her future. What would you have done if you were in Raul's situation? Let us know your thoughts and concerns in the comments below and on Facebook. Make sure to share Raul's beautiful actions with your friends!
