Bad customer service. We've all been on the receiving end of it at one time or another, and it can range from the mildly irritating to the downright outrageous. Many times our experiences result in a conversation with a supervisor, because the way we've been treated was just that bad. (Looking at you, cable providers)!

Although we rarely forget being treated poorly by the very people who are employed to help us, it's not as easy to recount all the times we've been treated well. The video below takes that into account, and showcases two people who are recognized for their excellent customer service. It makes you think: if all service employees were acknowledged when they go out of their way to help someone out, would there be fewer instances of poor service to dwell upon? Please relate your stories of receiving great customer service in the comments below, and share this on Facebook if you appreciate the two employees in the video as much as we did!
