Martin was living on the streets when the guys at Vitalyzd TV, a youtube prank channel, found him. They were completely won over by his story of life on the street, and they knew they wanted to help. More than anything else, Martin wanted to get his teeth fixed.

According to the Annual Homeless Assessment Report to Congress, approximately 3.5 million people experience homelessness in the United States alone every year, including 1.5 million children. At times it seems the problem is so overwhelming there's nothing a single person can do to help. But the people in this video prove that sometimes, it only takes one person to make a difference.

Watch this video to watch Martin's incredible transformation. At almost 10 minutes, it's not a short video by any means, but it's worth every second. When you see Martin at the end of the video, you won't be able to hold back your tears. Truly a beautiful story.

Share this video to spread awareness of how even a single person can make a life-changing impact on the lives of those who are less fortunate. If we all pitched in and helped, we can change the world for the better.
