This short for the 'This Girl Can' campaign shows women in action, having a blast with reckless abandon. In the YouTube description, they explain the motivation behind the movement, stating that "'This Girl Can' celebrates the women who are doing their thing no matter how they do it, how they look or even how sweaty they get. They’re here to inspire us to wiggle, jiggle, move and prove that judgement is a barrier that can be overcome." We applaud this message and the refreshing way in which it is delivered.

'This Girl Can' is a UK campaign developed by Sport England. The organization has released a series of short films that revolve around women from all walks of life as they demonstrate how they incorporate exercise and healthy habits into their busy lives. From students to nurses to stay-at-home moms, all are making an effort to stay active while remaining unhindered by fear of judgement.

Watch this empowering short film and be sure to let us know in the comments section how you stay active.
